Refund policy

Please note that refunds or returns are not available for dispatched/delivered products. However, if the product is delivered incorrectly (not in accordance with the order confirmation), we will ensure that the correct product is delivered to you within 10 working days.

Our pieces are handcrafted and slight variation in color and form is considered acceptable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over INR 1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To return or exchange a product or report a damage in transit please get in touch with us via email on connect@houseofaekaya.com within 24 hours of the product delivery.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.

Please write to us at connect@houseofaekaya.com to request a cancellation.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by House of Aekaya and accept The House of Aekaya decision regarding the cancellation.
